Cutting Machines
Loross Plates & Shapes has various drilling machines including three Kinetic machines (K4000, K5000 and K5200) and a PCS HD drilling machine. The Kinetic machines are also capable of:

We have multiple oxy & plasma cutting machines that we use to cut plate from 40mm up to 300mm. Considering the thickness these torches have to cut through the accuracy and straightness of the cut is impressive.
Our Yawei laser cutter is the largest in the country and is capable of exceptionally high definition cuts, with thickness’ ranging from 1mm to 20mm.
Loross Plates & Shapes has a range of machines to suit your CNC requirements. This includes KiHeung RiGiTRAX, Sachman and Okuma machines and a CNC turning lathe. Each machine has a different working area, with the largest bed in the RiGiTRAX at 8m x 1.5m x 2.5m.

We have machines fixed with drill size from 6.8mm to 50mm, that will drill plate thicknesses from 6mm to 50mm (55mm to 100mm by enquiry only). Tapping is available M8 – M20 in up to 32mm thick plate.
